With nearly two decades of experience in the sector, I am a digital product and experience design professional who touches the lives of millions of people every day. I mostly worked in e-commerce but also have considerable experience in finance, last-mile grocery & quick delivery, B2B apps, and service design.

While spending the last eight years of my career delivering UX work in a highly agile environment, I established a full-fledged, matrix-structured, and constantly growing UX team that reached 30 UXers at the highest.
